Most of our team members are based in the North Shore region and often come to work at our head office in Baie-Comeau. What is there to look forward to? An open-space office conducive to collaborative work, affording an impressive view of the St. Lawrence River. The premises are located next to a bike path, close to electric vehicle charging stations and a stone’s throw from the shopping street, where you will find the best coffee in town.
And our Québec City office is no less an engaging workplace; refurbished and ideally located near the Ste-Foy bus station.

Clearly, our strength is the cohesion and positive atmosphere that prevails within our team. We would even go so far as to say that our colleagues are invaluable human beings! Nothing less! If you are fortunate enough to work at the Baie-Comeau head office, you will find out all about our great leisure activities, including the “Jeudredis” and our annual zodiac outings! We also make sure to get together as a team for a few days at least once a year, always in enchanting locations! And our “Club de la bonne humeur” is a terrific venue for enjoyable meet-ups!

We know that time is of the essence! Allowing yourself time to unwind and disengage from work is even spelled out in black and white in our employee’s guide! And rest assured that we walk the talk by actually applying these measures.
At the MUWBR, employees have three weeks’ annual leave upon hiring. They can also fully enjoy the end-of-year festive season, with the office closed for two weeks during the Holidays. You can also add the 13 public holidays to your yearly time off.

• Encouraging car pooling, the use of public transit and rental of fuel-efficient vehicles;
• Sourcing locally as much as possible, starting with healthy summer snacks for the head office from a local market garden cooperative.
